Through the day, doubles teams comprised of one &#8220;Green&#8221; (less experienced) player and one &#8220;Gold&#8221; (more experienced) player competed in a series of four matches. The Green and Gold teams were drawn randomly, so that until registration no one knew who their partner would be for the day.
