HELP RAISE MONEY! The Food Bank Petanque Tournament contributes all proceeds (after expenses) to the Edmonds Food Bank. It is a WORTHY cause and a fun day of petanque.

Please consider making a donation to EPC in support of the food bank (via check, Paypal, Zelle or cash, in advance or on the day of the tournament). We will also collect non-perishable food donations at the petanque grove on the day of the tournament.

• WHEN: Saturday, Aug 29 — Registration 8:00 am / Games start 9:00 am / 4:00 pm finish. Spectators are welcome!
• WHO PLAYS: Open to all. EPC members and non-members. Limited to 26 mixed triples teams (each team includes at least 1 female and 1 male).
• FORMAT: Each mixed triples team plays in 5 expedited round-robin matches; 3 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. Team rankings will be based on wins, differential points and total points.
• WHERE: Edmonds Civic Playfield Petanque Grove at 6th and Bell in Edmonds.

  • IMPORTANT: 
  • Each player MUST submit a separate registration and payment by 5pm on August 20. When registering, a player MUST name his/her partners. 
  • The first person’s registration will hold his/her team’s place in the tournament as long as the two remaining players on the team submit their separate registration by the deadline. 
  • If a team has not registered its three members by the August 20 deadline, that team’s place will be given to the first fully registered team on the waitlist. 
• DEADLINE: August 20 at 5pm.
• HOW MUCH: $50/participant (free for substitutes).
• BRING YOUR LUNCH! EPC provides morning and afternoon snacks.
